Our client, a real estate company, is seeking a dependable Property Manager to manage the company's assigned commercial and residential properties in order to achieve maximum asset value, tenants satisfaction, and business revenue.
The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of residential properties, dealing with tenants, vendors, and real estate brokers by presenting the properties with value, appraisal, and quality standards.
Open to travel twice a week is a must.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of managing all aspects of assigned properties, including inspection and property maintenance arrangements to meet standards.
- Coordination of renovations and acquisition of products for vacant unit properties on a strict timeline to improve property value and appraisal
- Creating business plans for assigned properties that meet the needs of customers, as well as supervising and evaluating property personnel
- Ensures that all properties are kept in good condition and that they comply with quality standard
- Set the budget, collect rent from tenants, and handle maintenance requests from residents as required
- Source and build relationships with prospective and existing clients in a professional manner including the collection of rentals, taking care of unit violations, and dealing with any property issues
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants and negotiate lease/contracts to interested clients in a professional and dependable manner to expand business opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Property Manager with In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Excellent working knowledge of real estate and property maintenance and management with a solid understanding of marketing principles and customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to establish good relationships
- Ability to plan and organize efficiently including prioritizing tasks correctly, planning proper use of resources, and scheduling activities for optimal outcomes
- Familiarity with all current real estate industry’s regulations, rules, and standards
