Our client, an accounting firm that provides business process outsourcing services, is looking for a skilled and reputable Bookkeeper to record and maintain a business's financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.

The ideal candidate must be well-versed in accounting and understands how to use accounting software systems to monitor and reconcile hundreds of financial transactions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation of the financial data and overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing reports, reconciliation, transitions, and other tasks related to finance
  • Provide general bookkeeping of financial status information of the company and develop daily and monthly financial and statistical reports for management
  • Provide financial analysis on all data, including expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and company's numerous different financial dealings
  • Verify the accuracy of all transactions and ensure they are entered and documented correctly on financial transactions
  • Establish and maintain the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
  • Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and as well as expenditure control as required

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of general accounting or bookkeeper experience
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks such as recording, sorting, and summarizing company data in the manner prescribed by the company
  • Expertise in financial management, accounting principles, accounting fundamentals application
  • Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills, strong knowledge of bookkeeping and corporate legal/statutory requirements, and experience in external or internal auditing
  • Demonstrated time management, organizational skills, detail-oriented and a strong commitment to personal and organizational accountability
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, and Spreadsheets to do budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Demonstrate compliance with regulatory guidance and understanding of the importance and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information of the organization
