Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company, is looking for an Senior Wholesale and eCommerce Relationship Manager who will be responsible for developing and maintaining drop-shipping and wholesale relationships with eCommerce giants like Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.
The ideal candidate will develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce-related business units to provide holistic solutions to improve business transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships with eCommerce giants, continuously understanding the industry practices, and implementing plans to promote digital growth
- Build and direct a cohesive team to manage eCommerce business activities and maintains the company’s brand on all digital properties, presence, and online storefront
- Prepare and facilitate client meetings, helping to prepare all required reports and promoting new products, processes, and services
- Must be involved in industry research to understand related trends and how to remain competitive in the market and build a strong online presence
- Planning and completing relationship activities that generate sales opportunities and/or provide value to clients
- Ensure that all eCommerce business activities are documented and in compliance with business-relevant policies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a B2B Relationship Manager, ideally within the eCommerce industry
- Demonstrate a strong experience within eCommerce business relationship management and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships
- Ability to engage with executives and build relationships, and deliver a positive customer experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organization, proactive problem-solver, and ability to navigate complex processes and systems
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and drive with agility
