Our client, an eCommerce company, is looking for an experienced Director of Amazon Operations to manage relevant cross-functional areas of an Amazon account such as content strategy, creative ads, link building, product listings, and keyword strategy to improve rankings.

The candidate will oversee and manage an account with up to 1000 active SKUs, manage in-house and outsourced teams, and collaborate with management on growth strategies.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Amazon Account Management, PPC, Listings Optimizations, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain product listings on the Amazon marketplace and drive continuous listings’ content improvement to affect higher engagement and conversion rates
  • Work closely with the Marketing creative team to develop necessary content elements — including rendering, lifestyle images, video assets, Storefront, ads, and more
  • Leverage various tactics and tools to grow listings' sales volume by establishing an Amazon strategic and tactical plan of action to increase traffic
  • Maintain accurate information in the Amazon store about the products' prices, pictures, titles, brief descriptions, weights, conditions, SKUs, and categories
  • Create brand and campaign media plans to enhance the performance of the campaign and meet the objectives of the company
  • Identify KPIs and create in-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience as an Amazon Account Manager / Amazon Brand Manager
  • Expertise in applying, setting up, optimizing, and navigating Amazon's systems through internal processes with meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a dynamic and proactive approach to product buying and selling optimizations, able to create transition plans, promotional strategies, and marketing plans.
  • Develop product launch strategy, own sales forecasting, and foster retail relationships
  • Experience with higher tier management in handling assigned SKUs in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including .csv and.txt files, filtering, conditional formatting, and product listing
  • Ability to meet project deadlines, multitask, and manage multiple accounts at the same time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organization, and impeccable attention to detail
