Salary: $100K + Commissions 

Our client, a product company servicing the trucking industry, is seeking a Sales/Business Development Manager to develop, lead, and implement the B2B sales strategy to support and drive the firm's revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience building partnerships and relationships with key accounts and large corporations to cultivate connections that would lead to an increase in business sales. 


  • Collaborate closely with the company's leadership team such as marketing, product development, and customer service to develop a sales strategy that is in line with the company's goals and objectives
  • Identifying key target markets, developing a pricing strategy, and establishing sales goals and targets are all part of this process
  • Supervising the sales team and ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to meet their sales targets
  • Manage ongoing and consistent coaching and support to the sales team, as well as clearly defined expectations and performance metrics
  • Establish rapport and relationships with existing and prospective clients and ensure to provides a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Review sales data on a regular basis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and use this information to make improvements to the sales strategy as needed


  • 5+ years of solid experience as a Sales Operations Manager preferably in the same industry
  • Superior operational knowledge, including the handling of key accounts to build long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients and establish connections with important business executives, is necessary to provide excellent customer service.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage new operational processes to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity and maximum efficiency to support rapidly shifting business demands
  • Strong leadership, people management, and managerial skills are required to lead talented sales teams to achieve objectives, KPIs, and goals by developing and monitoring sales incentives and bonus plans to drive sales performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software
