Our client, a tech service provider, is looking for a competent and dependable Director of Operations to oversee the entire company's operations, processes, and strategic development to ensure business goals and objectives are met.

The ideal candidate must oversee and monitor the structure of the company, its employees, and the policies and procedures it upholds to provide a full cycle of operational planning, management, and direction for the organization.


  • Oversee and streamline the overall operations of the business to make sure it is run and manage effectively and efficiently
  • Identify target areas of the business where they can improve operations and provides a commitment to the company's continued growth by establishing a clear objective, direction, and strategy
  • Set comprehensive performance and growth goals for all operational departments, including quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards for assessing the company's efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicate and collaborate with the CEO, explaining new directives, policies, or procedures for significant developments that will help the company improve and achieve its objectives
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and establish new policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
  • Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes


  • 3+ years of experience as Director of Operations or any similar managerial role, preferably in a tech industry
  • Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, marketing, production, and employee management
  • Plan and manage new operational processes to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity and maximum efficiency to support rapidly shifting business demands
  • Ability to streamline and implement new structures, roles, and policies while adhering to industry regulations and legislative guidelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM)
  • Ability to implement new roles and structures that improve productivity, efficiency, and speed to accommodate rapidly changing business demands within the scope of responsibility
