Our client, a premier e-commerce seller for over a decade, is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Admin to join their fast-growing Marketing team.

The Marketing Admin will support and execute marketing projects and contribute to the overall success of the Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at the same time. 


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related inquiries, including phone, email, as well as internal correspondence.
  • Act as the liaison between the Marketing department and other internal company divisions.
  • Help organize, execute, and track the tactical and strategic plans and activities implemented by the marketing team.
  • Collaborate and work with the Marketing team to deliver on partners and company requests.
  • Conduct research as needed.
  • Create presentations, memos, and reports.
  • Support the overall needs of the Marketing department.


  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably as part of a Marketing Department or a Marketing Agency.
  • Marketing agency experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • High level of professionalism with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Welcome a diverse range of tasks from simple to complex.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional focus and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including editing and proofreading.
  • Highly proficient knowledge of MS Office (including PowerPoint and Excel), Smartsheet, and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Social media calendar management is a plus.
