Our client, a growing health care service provider, is seeking a people-oriented HR Director to have an exceptional responsibility to provide administrative support for the overall recruitment and selection process to present a smooth and profitable operation of a company’s human resources department.
The ideal candidate in this role should be someone who has very strong HR experience and is passionate about people and culture and comes with a can-do attitude to manage thriving individuals in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement employee acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs and formulate career development plans
- Provide and coordinate with department officers in conducting performance reviews and administrative support for recruitment and selection campaigns
- Direct the development and implementation of organizational development programs, employee orientation, and training programs, benefits plans, policies, etc.
- Oversee implementation of policies and procedures, safety of the workforce, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, and labor, legislative, and other human resources issues.
- Ensure HR plans align with the mission and objectives of the business in terms of coordination in the hiring, firing, employee relations,
- Induction program for new employees and collating and distributing training materials, employee handouts, and onboarding kits
- Provide coaching, guidance, and general HR advice to team leaders and employees and assist in the drafting and development of policies
Qualifications:
- 3+ experience as a HR Officer/HR Director or similar role
- Advanced knowledge and skills to structure talent acquisition, hiring and firing process, including creating benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Extensive experience in coordinating recruitment and HR management pursuits and activities to lead performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements
- Extensive experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools in designing compensation and benefits programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to provide sound judgment, discretion, flexibility, and integrity to evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals
- Demonstrate a strong sense of self-making decisions in a variety of situations may also serve professionals well in this challenging profession
