Our client, a medical supply company, is looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team!
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, dealing with sourcing sales via email, cold calling, and leading follow-up calls.
The ideal candidate will receive extensive training to be able to determine an effective sales strategy for offering products and services to clients, be proactive in reaching out to potential customers, and make consistent closed accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Build a strong prospecting plan to build sales opportunities, develop new leads, drive sales revenue and increase market share
- Establish rapport with potential sales leads, communicate with prospective clients, and strive to convert one-time sales into long-term beneficial relationships
- Create sales pitches that highlight detailed features and benefits of the company's products, as well as niche marketing to show leads that closing accounts can benefit their business
- Expand the sales volume and profits within the territory by using effective pre-call planning and various customer sales methods through telemarketing, cold calling, actual presentations, etc.
- Provide the best customer experience by giving an excellent hands-on explanation and demonstration of the product you are offering, including after-sales assistance and coordination
- Develops client referrals by establishing and maintaining a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads to generate and maximize sales and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of extensive experience as a Sales Representative preferably in a similar industry
- Must be highly motivated, fast-paced, and goal-oriented individuals who can provide world-class service to our customers in cold calling, qualifying leads, positioning value-added services, and closing business
- Ability to conduct business presentations precisely and proficiently with data-driven recommendations to come up with effective sales strategies
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced and can perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite as well as the ability to learn new computer software systems and CRM are required
- Must have strong leadership skills, people management, and managerial skills to lead talented sales teams to achieve objectives, KPIs, and goals
