Our client, a Conservation Consulting Company, is seeking an In-House Sales Representative.

The candidate must be professional, outgoing, and be willing to handle a large volume of phone calls, while keeping a positive attitude.


  • Creating new sales through pre-scheduled appointments
  • Keeping customers’ files updated, complete, and accurate
  • Maximizing every sales and relationship-building opportunity
  • Exceeding personal sales targets while demonstrating solid customer focus
  • Initiating and maximizing each sales opportunity with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationships
  • Developing strong service and customer knowledge
  • Participating in company and industry events and conferences
  • Working on special projects and contributing to team domination
  • Communicating with customers throughout the sales life-cycle
  • Conducting yourself in a professional manner and emulating company ideals and vision
  • Working closely with Marketing Team & Sales Manager to provide new and innovative ideas, thereby maximizing market sales opportunities
  • Providing daily report to Sales Manager and participating in weekly Marketing meeting


  • 3+ years in-house sales experience
  • The ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment is essential
  • High-energy position, must be able to multi-task, be a self-starter, and re-prioritize tasks involved in completing daily workload
  • Ability to conduct accurate project evaluations
  • Ability to accurately price and present a written contract proposal
  • High attention to tasks’ details, recording, execution, and follow-up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word experience
